Reiki Level 1 Training

Join Liz Flavin, Reiki Master and Teacher to learn the Reiki natural system for healing mind, body and spirit. Reiki (pronounced Ray-key) is a spiritually guided Universal Life Force Energy that anyone can learn to connect to.  Liz offers training in the Usui Reiki lineage, the foundation for all modern variations of Reiki. 

Reiki Level 1 is an introduction into the gentle, yet powerful art of Reiki healing.  Delve into the customs and techniques that open your energy channels and enable Reiki energy to flow freely though you. Level 1 Reiki is an entrance into activating your innate ability to use Reiki to treat and heal yourself and others.

  • Traditional Japanese techniques created by Reiki founder, Mikao Usui and his Masters
  • The Traditional Reiki Origin Story
  • What Reiki is and how it works
  • Reiki principles for living a balanced, peaceful life
  • 4 attunements to help release stagnant energy and connect to Reiki healing energy
  • Techniques to ground, center and protect your energy
  • Techniques for treating yourself and others
  • Creative ways to use Reiki on animals, plants and so much more
  • Lots of hands on practice time to give and receive Reiki

Reiki Level II Training

  

Are you ready to take your Reiki skills to the next level? 

 

Join Liz Flavin to learn tools and techniques to deepen your Reiki practice and strengthen your connection to Reiki energy. Reiki II expands on the knowledge and skills learned in Level I, and incorporates three of the sacred symbols, which allow the student to intensify healing energy, heal mental and emotional imbalances and send Reiki from a distance. Distant Reiki transcends time and space and allows healing energy to be sent to anyone, anywhere in time- past, present or future.

Liz is a Reiki Master and teaches Traditional Usui Reiki techniques.

Prerequisites: Must have completed Reiki Level 1 through any lineage (if you have been trained by anyone besides Liz, please submit a copy of your Level I Certificate of Completion to be accepted into this course).

Included in this training:

  • One spiritual empowerment attunement
  • 3 sacred symbols & their mantras
  • Developing intuitive guidance

  • Additional Reiki techniques
